If you have a problem with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help. We are a family run business and we will always be happy to try to make things right in the unlikely event of any issues with your product or delivery.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to return the item to us. Any item returned to us without our prior consent will not be refunded or returned to you. Please ensure you sent returns with tracking information included and relevant insurance if applicable as no refund can be given until the item is received back. If the item is returned back to us is either not something we have sold or it's damaged or tampered with in any way will not be refunded.

All returns incur a 20% handling fee and we are unable to compensate any fitting costs occurred or additional charges associated with any products sold. There are no exceptions to this policy.
